About Us

Our Philosopy

We believe that chiropractic care is the cornerstone of any comprehensive and holistic health program. When your body works the way nature intended, your spirit soars--and so do you.

Our approach is simple. We believe that health is among our most valuable possessions. While we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. First, to help you get out of pain. Second, and most important, to help you achieve optimum health and function.

Our Team

Everyone in our office, from our office staff to your chiropractors, and massage therapist, has one goal in mind--to help you feel better fast. We know that when your body isn't in top shape that your entire outlook on life can be affected. That's why you'll always be greeted with a smile here and leave with an even bigger one on your face.

While there are many techniques used to deliver an adjustment, our doctors utilize some of the techniques from the Palmer Package.  These include:

*Diversified (Manual)

*Thompson (Table Assisted)

Additional Techniques Utilized:

*Flexion-Distraction (Table Assisted)

*Sacro-Occipital (Non-Force)

*Vector Point Cranial

*Nimmo Receptor Tonus Technique (Advanced Soft Tissue)

*Arthro Stim and Percussion Vibration (Instrument)

Massage Therapy is provided on site by a Licensed, and National Board Certified Massage Therapist. Our Massage Therapist graduated from Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma in 1993. She is trained in numerous massage techniques, including injury and therapeutic massage, as well as trigger point, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques.

Our Doctors and Massage Therapist have multiple provider status, and take L&I, VA and PIP cases.

How Does Laser Therapy Work?

Laser Therapy is the use of laser energy to create therapeutic effects. Research has shown that these effects include improved healing time, pain reduction, increases cellular regeneration and communication, increased circulation and decreased swelling.

Dose Response.2011/9(4):602-18

When laser light is absorbed by living tissue, it triggers biological reactions in the cells. Chemical substances are produced, released and carried by blood and lymphatic flow to other parts of the system. In this way the effects of cold laser light create broad systemic effects.

Dose Response. 2009 Sept 1;7(4):358-83

In the United States Laser Therapy has only been approved for the treatment of pain. However, although pain treatment is the most common use of laser, there are many other problems that are treated successfully with laser therapy. Research on humans and animals document:

~Reduction in pain by causing production of natural pain killer endorphins.

~Reduction in inflammation by suppressing the inflammatory enzymes that create swelling, redness, pain and heat.

~Enhanced lymphatic drainage, which increases circulation and reduces swelling.

~Release of tight muscles that create chronic pain, joint problems and decreased mobility.

~Faster bone repair by stimulating fibroblastic and osteoblastic proliferation.
